WHAT DO YOU GET

A cabin with 3 or 4 rooms. Made from 45mm logs with 19mm floor & roof.
Floor insulation is standard and optional roof insulation can be provided.
Double glazing is standard, and Felt shingles are included.

WHAT ABOUT PLANNING PERMISSION

The normal rules for timber cabins apply—you do not usually need planning permission as long as:

Your building is less than 30m2 internal area
Your are more than 1m from the boundary fence.
You are not covering more than 1/2 of the garden area.

ERECTION

As with all of our cabins and Lodges we supply a full erection service. We will deliver the cabin to you. Unload and erect the building onto your base. If you need help with the preparation of a base we can also do this .

SERVICES

We are often asked if we can supply electrical sockets and lights into our lodges. We can certainly organise this for you with our standard packages. You would need to provide the link between the Lodge and your house supply yourselves, as we will not take responsibility for this.

As for toilet & shower-room facilities, we can supply all of this. We have standard packages for this. Again, you would need to take care of the final connections.
